Security Operations
Assess sites, deploy guards, log incidents and account for equipment.
Site assessment
Before a new contract or deployment, supervisors evaluate the client location, identifying risks, guard responsibilities and compliance requirements.
Client contracts & sites
A client contract records the service type, shifts and number of guards, including whether the site needs an alarm system or cash-in-transit services. Each physical site is then set up to track assignments, incidents, schedules and compliance specific to that location.
Deployment & manpower
- Deployment sheet, schedules which guards cover which sites, on which days and shifts; supports attendance and payroll.
- Manpower request: a supervisor's formal request for additional guards, for new coverage, reinforcement or to replace absentees.
Incidents, materials & petty cash
- Incident reporting: document theft, vandalism, assault or burglary with site details and guards on duty, for follow-up, insurance and investigation.
- Material issue: formally issue uniforms, radios and equipment from stock, tracked per employee or site for accountability.
- Petty-cash requisition: request funds for minor operational expenses such as transport or emergency repairs.
